- The New Members Orientation Program is designed to assist, familiarize and equip each New Member of Christian Fellowship Baptist Church to become functioning members of the Body of Christ. Under the direction of our Pastor, Rev. Keith Reynolds the three facilitators utilize the seven steps outlined in "Beginning Steps” to accomplish this task.
- The seven steps as outlined in our study guide are as follows: Be sure of your salvation, publically declare your faith, Share Jesus with others, Study your bible, Learn to pray, Be Faithful to a church, and Trust Jesus to direct your life.
- New members are encouraged to afford the opportunity to affiliate themselves with one or more of the various Ministries of Christian Fellowship and one of the Sunday School classes.
- This task is accomplished by inviting Chairperson to visit each class and explain their mission.
The three facilitators are: Rev. Henry Thurston, Deacon Joseph Mahone and Rev. Bruce Ingram. They are responsible for assisting Rev. Reynolds in the orientation of new members into the Body of Christ here at Christian Fellowship Baptist Church. All ministry chairs and deacons are encouraged and cordially invited to visit each study section.
